摘 要:为了寻求适合于独立学院医学生病理生理学课程的个性化教学方法,选取杏林学院2017级4个班的医学生进行试验,实验组采用病例复习法,对照组采用传统教学方法。通过理论考试和问卷调查对教学效果进行分析。结果显示实验组学生的考试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其学习兴趣、分析能力和临床思维能力等均有较大提高,提示病例复习法有助于改善病理生理学理论教学效果,在独立学院病理生理学的教学中值得推广。In order to seek individualized teaching methods suitable for pathophysiology courses of medical students in independent college,medical students from 4 classes of Grade 2017 in Xinglin college were selected for the experiment.Case-based reviewing(CBR)method was adopted in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.Teaching effects were analyzed through theoretical examination and questionnaires survey.The results showed that the test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and their learning interest,analysis ability,and clinical thinking ability were greatly improved,suggesting that CBR method is helpful to improve the teaching effect of pathophysiology theory,and it is well worth applying to pathophysiology teaching in independent college.
