摘 要:在新时代背景下,随着中国对外交流的加强,生活在千禧年之后的高校外语专业大学生思想深受多元文化的影响。他们思维活跃、个性鲜明,追求自身价值但独立性差,在学习生活中都体现出了有别于传统印象的性格特点。文章通过分析外语专业学生的思政意识形态及性格特点,积极探索德育思想的“信息化”、思政理论教学模式的“信息化”和教育管理的“信息化”,旨在通过研究“一元主导,兼容并重”的辩证关系,找到符合高校外语专业实际和当今社会发展需要的学生管理和思想教育策略。In the context of the new era,with the strengthening of opening-up and communication in China,the thoughts of foreign language majors living in Universities after the millennium are deeply influenced by multiculturalism.They are active in thinking,distinct in personality,pursuing their own value but poor in independence.They all embody the characteristics different from the traditional impression in their study and life.By analyzing the ideological and political ideology and personality characteristics of foreign language majors,this paper actively explores the“informatization”of moral education,the“informatization”of Ideological and political theory teaching mode and the“informatization”of education management,aiming to find out the ideological education strategies for the management of foreign language majors and the needs of the current social development through the study of dialectical relationship of“one element dominant,multielement compatible and parallel”.
