关于加强高校实验室安全管理的几点思考

摘　　要：本文针对高校实验室安全管理工作中存在的问题,提出了做好高校实验室安全管理工作的几点思考。比如:加强安全教育培训、推进安全准入制度,健全实验室安全管理制度,改革管理体制、健全责任制度,加强实验室安全管理队伍专业化建设,完善安全管理考核机制和奖惩制度等,以期更好地做好实验室管理工作,营造安全的教学和科研环境,推进高校各项事业的可持续发展。In view of the problems existing in the laboratory safety management in University Laboratories,Several considerations are proposed to increase the efficiency of management in university laboratory safety.Such as emphasizing safety education and training,carrying forward laboratory safety permission system,reforming the management system,improving the safety management assessment mechanism,reward and punishment system,so as to do a better job of laboratory management.This way,we can create a safe teaching and research environment,and promote the sustainable development of various undertakings in colleges and universities.
