摘 要:化工原理课程中以动量传递为基础的单元操作主要有流体流动及设备、搅拌、流体通过颗粒层的流动和绕流及其相关的单元操作。本文针对这几类单元操作共同的特点,将类比法引入教学过程中,使学生在学习中能够举一反三,从而促进学生对这类单元操作的理解和掌握,提高教学效果。In the course of Principles of Chemical Engineering, unit operations based on momentum transfer mainly include fluid flow and equipment, stirring, fluid flow through granular layers, flow around and associated unit operations. In view of the common characteristics of these types of unit operation, this paper introduces analogy into the teaching process, so that students can infer other things from one fact in their study, promote the understanding and mastery of such unit operation, and the teaching effect can be improved.
