摘　　要：文章采用问卷调查法和结构化访谈等方法对酒店餐饮企业核心员工工作进行了实证研究,对不同类型新员工组织忠诚度进行了比较分析,并在此基础上提出了酒店餐饮企业核心员工工作满意度提升的管理建议。This paper conducts an empirical study of the work of the core employees in hotel and catering enterprises by using questionnaires and structured interviews,and makes a comparative analysis on the organizational loyalty of different types of new employees.On this basis,it puts forward some management suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of core employees in hotel and catering enterprises.
