深度教学理念在新疆高校旅游管理专业教学中的实践与探索

摘　　要：文章在结合当代大学生心理特征与教育发展规律的基础上,通过对新疆高校旅游管理专业教师从深度教学概念的理解、知识的深度挖掘、思维的深度培养、知识的深度迁移四个方面进行调查,分析新疆高校课堂上深度教学开展中存在的问题,提出了相应的意见与建议,为新疆高校旅游管理专业教师教学质量的提升提供参考与借鉴。Taking into consideration the psychological features of contemporary college students,inspired by the findings in education and development,this paper investigates teachers understandings of deep teaching concepts,deep mining of knowledge,deep cultivation of thought and deep transfer of knowledge in turn.It points out the problems in the practice deep teaching in Xinjiang universities before offering corresponding suggestions.It hopes to provide reference for improving both teacher’s teaching skills and the quality of tourism management education in Xinjiang universities.
