摘　　要：文章以新一代信息技术专业群人才培养为出发点,育人过程中有效融入技能大赛元素,依托技能大赛督促、检验教学成果。文章详细阐述了"以赛促学、以赛导学、以赛促教、以赛练师"理念下的信息技术人才培养探索与实践,总结并形成了基于职业技能大赛的信息技术人人才培养模式。Based on the training of a new generation of the information technology major,this paper effectively integrates the elements of skills competition in the process of educating students,and supervises and tests the teaching results in virtue of the skills competition.It expounds the exploration and practice of training information technology talents under the concept of"promoting learning by competition,guiding learning by competition,promoting teaching by competition and training teachers by competition",and forms and summarizes the training mode of information technology talents based on vocational skills competitions.
