摘  要:中国由“制造大国”向“制造强国”迈进,离不开工匠精神的传承和弘扬,产教融合为职业院校学生工匠精神培育创造了条件。分析职业院校产教融合发展的必要性,针对职业院校学生工匠精神培育存在的问题,从国家顶层设计、人才培养方案制定、发挥学生的主观能动性、打造信息服务平台、鼓励地方企业深度参与、构建多方主体的互动机制、拓展“双师型”教师队伍建设渠道和发挥文化引领功能等方面,探讨产教融合背景下职业院校学生工匠精神培育路径。China's progress from"manufacturing country"to"manufacturing power"is inseparable from the inheritance and promotion of the spirit of craftsmanship,and the integration of enterprises with vocational colleges has created conditions for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the necessity of the integration and development of enterprises and vocational colleges,aiming at solving the problems existing in cultivating craftsmanship spirit in vocational colleges.It explores the cultivation paths of craftsmanship spirit for vocational students under the background of integrating enterprises with vocational colleges from many aspects,including top-level design at the national level,talent training program formulation,giving full play to students'subjective initiative,building information service platforms,encouraging local enterprises to participate in,constructing the interaction mechanism of multiple subjects,expanding channels of the"double-teacher"teaching team construction and giving play to cultural leadership functions.
