摘　　要：在“互联网+”时代背景下,以提升高职学生的创新精神和实践能力为着力点,对人才培养的现状进行研究分析,有针对性地构建“互联网+”课证赛融合的人才培养模式,重构多层面的创新教育教学课程和课程标准,优化教学内容,创新教学模式,改革考核方式,把“互联网+”和实训教学融为一体,构建与技能考证和竞赛相吻合的实训教学,加强“互联网+教育”师资培训,建立与考证和竞赛相匹配的师资队伍,优化教学评价与教学管理。Under the background of“Internet+”era,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of personnel training in higher in order to improve the innovative spirit and practical ability of higher vocational students vocational colleges.Set up a talent training mode for“Internet+”certificate competition.Reconstruct multi-level innovative education teaching curriculum system and curriculum standard.Optimize teaching content,innovate teaching mode and reform the way of assessment.Integrating“Internet+”with practical training.Constructe practical teaching system in line with skill examination and competition.Strengthen the training of teachers for“Internet+education”,and establish a contingent of teachers who are matched with textual research and competition.Optimizing teaching evaluation and teaching management.
