富硒酵母饲喂生长肥育猪对其猪肉硒含量的影响

摘　　要：硒元素是一种非金属微量元素,对人体的生长发育至关重要。本试验以三元杂交杜长大育肥猪,平均体重为60 kg的48头猪,酵母硒为饲料硒添加剂,对随机分成5组进行不同梯度的硒添加0.3 mg/kg,0.6 mg/kg,0.9 mg/kg,饲喂至出栏重,测定其猪肉含硒量。结果表明,试验组III育肥猪生产性能都良好,育肥速度快,体型均一度高,日粮中硒含量为0.9 mg/kg,肉中硒含量达到0.29 mg/kg。As a necessary trace element in the human body,selenium is essential for the growth and development of human.In the experiment,the ternary hybrid Du*Chang*Da was used as the test animal,and the yeast selenium was the feed selenium additive.In the experiment,48 pigs with the same type and similar shape conditions and an average body weight of 60 kg were randomly divided into four groups for different levels of selenium(0.3 mg/kg,0.6 mg/kg,0.9 mg/kg).Feed to the weight of the bar,the amount of selenium in the pork was determined.The fattening pigs of group added with selenium-enriched yeast had good performance.The selenium content in the diet was 0.9 mg/kg,and the selenium content in the pork reached 0.285 mg/kg.
