摘 要:产出导向是师范类专业认证的理念之一,毕业要求是产出导向的集中体现。针对毕业要求分解和评价的难题,回顾和梳理产出导向的认证理念,总结学前教育专业毕业要求的管理机制与评价要点,构建多方参与、多维内容、多元方法的毕业要求评价体系。在学前教育专业认证自评自建的过程中,开展基于毕业要求产出的直接评价与间接评价,应用课程成绩分析、档案袋评价、问卷调查等评价方式,形成持续改进、追求卓越的质量文化。Graduation requirements are the concentrated embodiment of outcome-based orientation which has received great attention as the critical idea of teachers’professional accreditation.In view of the difficult problem of recounting and evaluation of graduation requirements,this paper reviews and combs the concept of outcome-oriented accreditation,summarizes the management mechanism and evaluation points of graduation requirements of preschool education major,and constructs a graduation requirements evaluation system with multi-participation,multidimensional content and multiple methods.In the process of self-evaluation and self-construction of preschool education professional accreditation,direct evaluation and indirect evaluation based on graduation requirements are carried out,and evaluation methods such as course performance analysis,portfolio evaluation and questionnaire survey are applied to form a quality culture of continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence.
