摘　　要：高职管理者在整个学校信息化建设中起着承上启下的作用,其信息素养水平的高低直接影响着信息化建设的效率。现状分析表明,高职院校管理者的信息素养仍有待提高。目前,现有信息素养评价体系仍存在一定问题。大数据背景下就要使用大数据的分析手段,按照通过研究总结出的高职院校管理者信息素养评价体系的构建要求,重新构建评价体系框架,确定从第一级至第二级各层级评价指标,以促进高职院校管理者信息素养有效提升,使信息化进程得到推进。Higher vocational administrators act as a connecting link between the preceding and the following in information construction of the whole college, whose information accomplishment level impacts directly on the efficiency of information construction. Status analysis indicates that the information accomplishment of administrators of higher vocational colleges still needs to improve, and some problems exist in information quality evaluation system. In the background of big data it needs to use big data analysis method. According to the construction requirements of information accomplishment evaluation system, which is summarized through research, it reconstructs evaluation systematic framework, and decides hierarchy evaluation indexes from the first to the second, in order to improve information accomplishment of higher vocational administrators effectively, and push forward information progress.
