摘 要:在当前核心素养教育改革背景下,制订合理的高职院校专业教师发展规划是培养学生核心素养的基本要求。从专业教师发展政策导向、人才培养需求及专业教师发展评价准则出发,提出高职院校专业教师发展规划概念模型,结合“四有好老师”和“双师型”教师具体要求,分析高职院校专业教师不同工作阶段的发展方向规划方法;通过提出“一学二思三协四新”的高职院校专业教师实施步骤,从课程选择、教学资源开发、职业道德修养、科研与社会服务四个方面分析实施方法。for cultivating students'core literacy under the background of core quality education reform in Higher Vocational colleges,it is the basic requirement to form ulate a reasonable development plan for professional teachers.Therefore,starting from the policy orientation of professional teacher development,the demand for talent cultivation and the evaluation criteria of professional teacher development,and combining the specific requirements of“four-good teachers”and“double-qualified teachers”,this paper puts forward the conceptual model of professional teacher development planning,and analyzes their development direction and work contents in different stages.By putting forward the implementation steps of“study,thought,coordination and innovation”,this paper analyzes the implementation methods from four aspects:curriculum selection,teaching resources development,professional ethics,scientific research and social service.
