摘 要:开展了农用运输车的平顺性分析与优化研究。首先,在依据拉格朗日方程建立整车垂直方向四自由度振动模型的基础上,根据ISO 2631-1:1997(E)进行了其平顺性的分析评价;然后,基于实车道路试验对理论结果进行了验证;最后,以驾驶室悬置刚度和阻尼、座椅刚度和阻尼为设计变量,以座椅垂向加权加速度均方根值为目标函数,采用蚁群算法进行了平顺性的优化设计。结果表明,原车在车速为10 km/h时乘坐有些不舒服,车速为20 km/h时乘坐比较不舒服,车速30 km/h时乘坐不舒服;优化后座椅垂向加速度功率谱密度峰值大幅降低,整车平顺性得到了显著提高。The research object was to evaluate and improve the ride comfort of farm transporter.At first,the performance was evaluated according to the ISO 2631-1:1997(E)and based on the four degrees of freedom vibration model,where the vehicle model was established according to Lagrangian energy equation.Secondly,the theoretical analysis result was verified by a real road test.Finally,taking the stiffness and damping of cab suspension and seat,respectively,as design variables,and the root mean square of vertical weighted acceleration on the transporter seat as objective function,the ride comfort of farm transporter was optimized with ant colony algorithm.The research result shows that,the ride comfort of farm transporter is less comfortable at the speed of 10 km/h,quite uncomfortable at the speed of 20 km/h,and uncomfortable at the speed of 30 km/h.The peak value of the seat vertical acceleration power spectral density is significantly reduced,and the ride comfort is greatly improved after the optimization.
