摘　　要：高职院校大学精神对其可持续发展有着重要的作用,当下基于高职教育视域的大学精神培育和践行已受到广泛关注,高职院校的大学精神既应体现传统大学精神的共性内涵,又应体现高职文化的自身特色,还应基于校本文化体现其自身独特性。University spirit plays a very important role in vocational colleges'sustainable development.At present,the cultivation and practice of university spirit from the perspective of vocational education has been widely concerned.Not only should the university spirit of vocational colleges embody the common connotation of traditional university spirit,but also reflect the characteristics of the vocational college culture.Besides,it should also incorporate its own uniqueness.
