摘 要:在社会经济发展背景下,我国城市的外来务工人员增多,致使外来务工人员随迁子女数量骤增。但是城市现有学前教育资源有限,引发多种外来务工子女学前教育问题,限制学前教育质量提升。因此,我国政府与地区幼儿园需要积极分析外来务工子女学前教育现状,探究其中存在的多重教育问题的主要成因,结合问题与具体成因,实施增强家园粘性、强化办学管理、建立公平机制、加大社会支持力度等策略,以期突破外来务工子女学前教育的困境,有效提升学前教育质量。Under the background of social and economic development,the number of migrant workers in China s cities has increased,resulting in a sudden increase in the number of the children of migrant workers.However,the lack of resources for preschool education in the cities has led to various problems of preschool education for the children of migrant workers,which limits the improvement of preschool education quality.Therefore,our government and regional kindergartens need to actively analyze the current situation of preschool education for the children of migrant workers,explore the main causes of multiple education problems in the current situation,combine problems and specific causes,implement strategies such as strengthening home stickiness,strengthening school management,establishing fair mechanisms,and increasing social support,in order to break through the predicament of preschool education for the children of migrant workers,and effectively improve the quality of preschool education.
