新时代高校后勤育人功能路径研究

摘　　要：后勤部门作为高校教育管理体系的重要构成部分,其基本职能是为科研、教学及管理提供生活服务,继而在管理服务的过程中实现服务与育人的功能。在新时代背景下,我国社会主义进入全新的发展阶段,对高校后勤管理提出了全新的要求,同时也为深化教育改革提供了契机。结合高校后勤部门的基本现状,分析新形势背景下服务、育人在后勤工作中的表现,并提出相关的应对策略。As an important part of the university education management system,the basic function of logistics department is to provide life service for scientific research,teaching and management,and then to realize the function of service and education in the process of management service.Under the background of the new era,China s socialism has entered a new stage of development,which puts forward new requirements for the logistics management of colleges and universities,and also provides an opportunity for deepening education reform.Combined with the basic status quo of the logistics department of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the performance of the service and education in the logistics work under the new situation background,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
