摘　　要：本文借鉴方梦之教授提出的应用翻译研究三层次理论,从宏观理论角度探讨了公示语译写研究理论,从中观策略角度提出了公示语译写策略,从微观技巧层面创新了公示语译写技巧;进而确认"一分为三"不仅开创性地筑建了应用翻译研究的基础理论与实践架构,同时也为公示语翻译这类特殊领域的理论与实践架构的创建提供了强有力支撑。This paper,based on the three-level theory of pragmatic translation study presented by Fang Mengzhi,discusses the research theory of public signs translation from the perspective of macro theory level,proposes the strategy of public signs translation from the perspective of meso-strategy level,and develops the translation approaches for public signs translation from micro-approach level.The trichotomic theory not only builds the basic structure for the principles and practice of pragmatic translation study,but also provides strong support for the creation of conceptional frameworks for translation in special fields such as public signs.
