摘 要:为探索发芽粟米对高血脂症小鼠血脂调节和抗氧化作用。用高脂乳剂灌胃小鼠建立高脂模型,观察发芽粟米对小鼠体重、肝指数变化、血清和肝脏血脂及抗氧化能力的影响。与高脂模型组相比,喂养发芽粟米的高血脂症小鼠,体重和肝脏指数均呈降低趋势;血清和肝脏血脂中,发芽粟米显著降低高血脂症小鼠中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平(P<0.05),显著升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平(P<0.05);血清和肝组织中,发芽粟米显著降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),显著升高还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量(P<0.05),增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05);结果表明:发芽粟米可调节脂质代谢和提高抗氧化能力。To study the regulation of germinated millet on blood lipid and antioxidant in hyperlipemia mice,the high fat mice was established by feeding mice with high fat emulsion.The effects of germinated millet on weight,liver index,serum lipid,liver lipid,and antioxidant capactity of mouse were observed.Compared with the high fat model group,the weight and liver index of experimental mice were decreased.Meanwhile,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the serum lipid and liver lipid were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the level of HDL-C was significantly higher(P<0.05).In the serum and liver tissue,germinated milletsignificantly reduced the MDA concentration(P<0.05),increased the GSH concentration(P<0.05),and improved SOD,CAT and GSH-Px activities(P<0.05).The germinated millet could regulatethe hyperlipidemiaand improveantioxidant capacity.
