摘 要:本文以江西省油茶籽油主产区的绿色食品山茶油为研究对象,按照NY/T 751—2017规定的特征指标相对密度、折光指数、碘值、皂化值、不皂化物、脂肪酸组分含量进行分析测定,利用Microsoft Excel软件对油茶籽油特征指标进行灰色关联度分析评价。研究结果表明,永丰、新余、樟树、鹰潭龙虎山和袁州五地的油茶籽油食用品质最优。从地理空间分布上来看,这些地区主要分布在东经114°~116°、北纬27°~28°附近,这为今后江西省油茶籽油的绿色发展、油茶林的种植规划提供一定参考。In this paper,the green food camellia oil in the main producing areas of camellia oil in Jiangxi Province was taken as the research object,and the relative density,refractive index,iodine value,saponification value,unsaponifiable substance and fatty acid content of camellia oleifera seed oil were analyzed and determined according to the characteristic indexes stipulated in NY/T 751—2017.The grey relational degree analysis and evaluation of the characteristic indexes of camellia oleifera seed oil were carried out by Microsoft Excel.The results showed that the edible quality of camellia oil in Yongfeng,Xinyu,Zhangshu,Yingtan Longhu Mountain and Yuanzhou was the best.Mainly distributed in the vicinity of 114°~116°degrees in longitude and 27°~28°in latitude,the geographical position of these areas provided some reference for the future green development of camellia oleifera seed oil and the planting planning of camellia oleifera forest in Jiangxi Province.
