科研能力培养在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的作用及方式研究

摘　　要：妇产科住院医师规范化培训(住培)因其专业性强、临床技能要求高,需要投入大部分时间在临床实践。目前我国妇产科住院医师规范化培训方案主要集中在临床技能方面;然而,对科研能力的培养缺乏相应培训方案以及评价标准。良好的科研能力有助于提升妇产科医师的临床水平,改善患者管理模式,提升医师综合素质等。因此,需要提高住培住院医师的科研思维能力,加强科研能力的培养。Standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents needs to spend most of its time in clinical practice,because of its strong professionalism and high requirements for clinical skills.At present,the standardized training programs for residents of gynecology and obstetrics in China mainly focus on clinical skills.However,there is a lack of corresponding training programs and evaluation standards for the cultivation of scientific research ability.Good scientific research ability can help to improve the clinical level of obstetricians and gynaecologists,improve the management mode of patients,and improve the comprehensive quality.Therefore,we need to improve resident training residents'scientific research thinking ability and strengthen the cultivation of scientific research ability.
