兵之本在政:《淮南子》军政思想探析

摘　　要：《淮南子》兼取先秦及汉初各家兵学论见,融入了自觉的政治理念与价值立场,具有鲜明的军政融合的思想特质。《淮南子》之《兵略训》《本经训》诸篇中所见的军政思想主要体现在以下几个方面:其一,以义用兵;其二,兵之胜败,本在于政;其三,兵有三诋;其四,制胜于未战。Huainanzi gathers the different views of all kinds of military experts from both the Pre-Qin Period and the early Han Dynasty.It incorporates conscious political ideas and value positions,showing a distinct ideological quality of military and political integration.The military and political thoughts seen in the chapters like Lecture On Military Strategies and Lecture On Classics of Huainanzi are mainly reflected in the following aspects:firstly,a war should not be launched unless for justice;second,military victory is decided by politics;third,there are three essential factors to winning a war;finally,the victory of a battle is determined before the fight.
