摘 要:目的:建立液液萃取-气相色谱法测定液态乳中麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚的方法.方法:液态乳沉淀蛋白后经乙酸乙酯提取,建立气相色谱检测条件,保留时间定性,外标法定量.结果:在0~100μg·mL-1浓度范围内,线性关系良好,检出限1.9~2.6 mg·kg^-1,回收率85.8%~95.7%,精密度3.3%~5.1%.结论:该方法操作简便、定性定量准确、灵敏度高,适合液态乳中麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚的检测.Objective:To establish a method for the determination of maltol and ethyl maltol in liquid milk by liquidliquid extraction and gas chromatography.Method:After the protein was precipitated by liquid milk,it was extracted by ethyl acetate,and the detection conditions were established by gas chromatography.Results:In the range of 0~100μg·ml^-1,The detection limit is 1.9~2.6 mg·kg^-1,the recovery is 85.8%~95.7%,and the precision is 3.3%~5.1%.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate.It is suitable for the detection of maltol and ethyl maltol in liquid milk.
