摘 要:目的:对庆阳市内儿童零食的消费行为进行调查研究,旨在了解儿童零食消费行为的现状,儿童和家长的认知程度,发现存在的问题,为监管部门制订有效的饮食行为干预措施提供依据.方法:设计儿童零食消费调查问卷,采用分层整群抽样的方法,对庆阳市3~12岁1723名研究对象进行问卷调查.结果:调查对象有吃零食习惯的比例为76.2%;最喜欢吃的零食种类中蛋糕/面包类占比最高,为60.1%;76.2%的儿童零食消费频率为偶尔,零食受儿童喜爱的主要原因是味道好(53.3%);安全因素是儿童或家长购买零食的首要考虑因素;小学生和幼儿家长对食品标签、营养标签以及对健康的影响均有较好的认识.幼儿家长对儿童零食市场满意度低.结论:庆阳市儿童消费零食和家长为孩子购买零食是日常生活所必需,小学生对零食安全有正确的认识,同时相关部门应继续加强对零食市场的安全卫生状况的监管.Objective:This paper investigates and studies the consumption behavior of children’s snacks in qingyang city,aiming to understand the status quo of children’s snack consumption behavior,the cognition level of children and parents,find the existing problems,and provide the basis for the regulatory department to formulate effective dietary behavior intervention measures.Methods:A questionnaire was designed for children’s snack consumption.A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1723 subjects aged 3~12 years in qingyang city.Results:76.2%of the respondents were in the habit of snacking.Cake/bread topped the list of favorite snacks,at 60.1%;76.2%of children’s snack consumption frequency is occasional,snacks by children’s favorite main reason is good taste(53.3%);Safety is the primary consideration for children or parents to buy snacks;Primary school students and parents of young children have a good understanding of food labelling,nutrition labelling and the impact on health.Infant parents have low satisfaction with the children’s snack market.Conclusion:It is necessary for children to consume snacks and parents to buy snacks for their children in Qingyang City.Primary school students have a correct understanding of the safety of snacks.At the same time,relevant departments should continue to strengthen the supervision of the safety and health of the snack market.
