摘  要:为了推进制药工程专业的人才培养与社会需求的进一步衔接,本文根据实验教学、社会实践和就业实践教学等方面进行了探讨。以培养具有高专业素质的制药工程专业型人才为目标,以推进实践教学与社会需求无缝对接为导向,本文建立"以学生教育为主体,以能力培养为核心"的教学理念,探索出一套多层次、全方位的教学模式,旨在推进制药工程专业人才满足社会需求,更好地实现教学模式改革。In order to promote the talent cultivation of Pharmaceutical Engineering and the further connection with social needs,the experimental teaching,social practice and employment practice teaching were discussed. Aiming at cultivating Pharmaceutical Engineering professionals with high professional quality and promoting the seamless connection between practical teaching and social needs,the teaching concept of "student education as the main body and ability training as the core"was established and a set of multi-level and all-round teaching mode was explored. The aim was to promote Pharmaceutical Engineering professionals to meet social needs and realize the reform of teaching mode better.
