校外教育辅导站建设的区域实践

摘　　要：校外教育辅导站是有效衔接学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的桥梁纽带。针对当前校外教育辅导站在经费保障、课程开设、师资配备等方面存在一些短板,泰兴市坚持“校站结合”,建立运行机制,规范教师选用,优化实施策略,推动校外教育辅导站实现高质量、内涵式发展。Out-of-school education counseling stations are a good bridge for eff ectively connecting school education,family education and social education.In view of the problems with the out-of-school stations in fi nancial support,curriculum design,and teachers’preparations,the city of Taixing sticks to combining school and station,establishes operating mechanism,standardizes teacher selection,and optimizes implementing strategy to promote its development in a high-quality and connotative way.
