摘  要:介绍电动扭转激振器的电磁构造及功能原理,分析其输出扭矩的动态性能和精度,并对该设备进行测试,探讨该设备的各种应用前景。运用电动扭转激振器对一辆上汽大通T60皮卡的四驱动力传动系进行模态试验分析,说明试验工装系统的组成及其功能;详细介绍激励方式、模态参数和振型等试验数据,揭示在动力传动系承受纯扭转激励时所表现出的弯振和扭振特性,而这些特性与实际的发动机激励有高度关联性。The electromagnetic structure and operation principle of the electric torsional vibration exciter are introduced.The dynamic performance and accuracy of its output torque are analyzed.The exciter is verified by Shanghai Testing and Inspection Institute for Electrical Equipment Co.,Ltd.,The various application perspectives of this equipment are discussed.Then,the exciter is applied to the modal test analysis of an AWD driveline of the T60 pickup truck made in SAIC MAXUS.The components and function of the test system are introduced.The test results,such as exciting methods,modal parameters and mode shapes,are introduced in detail.The bending and torsional vibration characteristics of the driveline system under pure torsional excitation are revealed through the test data.These characteristics are highly correlated with the actual engine excitation.
