高校班级心理委员荣誉感的培育与提升

摘　　要：荣誉感作为一种心理需要存在,由工具性荣誉和理想性荣誉组成,将其作为班级心理委员工作的内在动力,可以成为班级心理健康教育工作的切入点。通过设立工作专项考核的评优、加强个人业务素质的提升、注重个体心理资本的培育等措施,来进一步培育和提升高校班级心理委员荣誉感,实现荣誉在增强高校学生心理危机预警与干预工作中的实效性。As a psychological need,sense of honor is composed of instrumental honor and ideal honor,it can be regarded as the intrinsic motive force for the work of class psychological committeeman,and it can become the entry point for the work of class mental health education.Through setting up the evaluation of special work assessment,strengthening the improvement of personal professional quality and paying attention to the cultivation of individual psychological capital,etc,we can further cultivate and promotion the sense of honor of class psychological committeeman in colleges,and realizing honor in strengthening the effectiveness of the work of early warning and intervention of college students’psychological crisis.
