摘 要:目的探讨“六位一体”教学模式在消化内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月~2018年6月首都医科大学临床医学(远郊区定向)五年制本科生为研究对象进行回顾性分析,按照教学模式的不同分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采取“六位一体”教学模式。比较两组实习生的临床教学效果。结果实验组实习生的出科考试通过率、问诊成绩、体格检查成绩、病历书写、辅助结果判读、交待病情、开具医嘱和技能操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“六位一体”教学模式应用于消化科教学,能激发学生学习的主动性,提高学习成绩,增强学生对知识掌握及提高临床综合能力,有望进一步完善和推广。Objective To explore the application effect of"six-in-one"-teaching-mode in clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods From September 2015 to June 2018,the five-year outer-suburbs directional-training undergraduates of Beijing Luhe Hospital,Capital Medical University were selected as research subjects for retrospective analysis.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group."Six-in-one"-teaching-mode was applied in experimental group and traditional teaching mode was applied in control group.Their graduation test scores of the two groups were compared.Results The passing rate of medical examination,the result of inquiry,the result of physical examination,the writing of medical records,the interpretation of auxiliary results,the state of illness,the issuance of medical advice and the skill operation of the interns in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"six-in-one"-teaching-mode in clinical teaching can stimulate learning initiative of students and improve their grades and clinical ability,which is expected to be further improved and promoted.
