摘　　要：目的探讨日间手术模式应用于结肠镜下大肠息肉切除术的可行性及安全性。方法选取南昌大学第一附属医院2019年3—4月收治的行日间结肠镜下大肠息肉切除术患者96例,观察其手术效果、住院费用、术后并发症(腹痛、发热、便血等)、手术模式满意度及出院后随访情况。结果96例患者结肠镜下大肠息肉切除术均顺利完成,术后均未出现腹痛、发热、便血等并发症。患者平均住院费用为(3586.7±654.2)元,对手术模式的满意度为99%。术后1周病理结果均为良性病变,1个月内无一例因出现相关并发症而再入院。结论日间手术模式应用于大肠息肉结肠镜下切除术是可行的、安全的。Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of ambulatory endoscopic surgery for polyps of the large intestine.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent ambulatory endoscopic surgery for polyps of the large intestine from March to April 2019 were selected in this study.Surgery outcomes,hospitalization costs,postoperative complications(abdominal pain,fever,hematochezia,etc.),patient satisfaction with operation mode,and follow-up results were observed in all patients.Results Endoscopic polypectomy was successfully performed and no abdominal pain,fever,hematochezia and other complications were found in all the 96 patients.The average cost of hospitalization was(3586.7±654.2)yuan,and the patients satisfaction with the operation mode was 99%.Pathological findings showed that all lesions were benign 1 week after operation.No patients were readmitted to hospital due to the complications within 1 month.Conclusion Ambulatory endoscopic surgery is feasible and safe for polyps of the large intestine.
