摘　　要：基因工程是当前生物研究的主流领域,并且基因工程的研究对人们未来的发展和生活质量的提高有着很大的影响,所以现在很多高等院校的生物相关专业都开设了基因工程课程,从而让学生能够更好地运用基因工程。对于地方性应用型大学来说,基因工程课程目标应该是帮助学生构建一个较为完整的知识结构体系,让学生通过综合性学习,成为既能够深造学习也能迅速和行业接轨的人才。Genetic engineering is the current mainstream field of biological research,and genetic engineering research has a great impact on people's future development and the improvement of people's quality of life.Therefore,the genetic engineering course is now offered in biology-related majors in many colleges and universities,in order to enable students to make better use of genetic engineering.For local application-oriented universities,the goal of the genetic engineering course should be to help students build a relatively complete knowledge structure system,so that through comprehensive learning,students can become talents who can both study further and integrate with the industry quickly.
