摘 要:从利益相关者角度来讲,职教集团中各参与成员是否得到了"参与利益,是职教集团化办学可持续发展的内驱动力。分析了利益相关理论的内涵与特征,阐述了其运用到职教集团化办学模式的适切之处,利益相关者的职业院校,要在人才培养上贴合市场需求、准确定位,从而使职业集团化办学的总体利益目标达成协同,促进农业院校职教集团化办学的健康可持续与发展。From the stakeholder point of view, whether the participating members of vocational education group get the "participation benefit" is the driving force of the sustainable development . This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the theory of interest-related, expounds the appropriateness of its appli cation to the mode of vocational education collectivization, and the vocational colleges and universities of stakeholders should meet the needs of the market and position accurately in the cultivation of talents, so as to achieve the overall benefit goal of vocational collectivization and promote the healthy and sustainable devel opment of vocational education in agricultural colleges and universities.
