摘　　要：以沙枣为原料,通过对比不同粉水比、抑菌方法、生料与熟料发酵、添加酶制剂与否等条件,探索沙枣生料发酵生产乙醇的影响因素。实验表明,在做好抑菌措施的情况下,沙枣适合采用生料发酵工艺发酵生产乙醇,是实现乙醇生产原料多元化的一种有效途径。Elaeagnus angustifolia was used as raw materials to produce ethanol.The factors influencing the production of ethanol with uncooked Elaeagnus angustifolia was explored through comparing different conditions,including powder-water ratio,bactericidal methods,fermentation by cooked or uncooked material,and adding zymin or not,etc.Experiments show that,with good bactericidal measures,it is suitable to produce ethanol by fermentation of uncooked Elaeagnus angustifolia,and it is an effective way to realize the diversification of ethanol production materials.
