“一带一路”背景下构建高校新型书院的探索与研究——以江苏科技大学深蓝学院为例

摘　　要：现代大学新型书院在培养国际化人才方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,在不断发展的同时也存在组织壁垒、课程体系设置、文化内涵等方面的诸多困境,高校作为培养高水平人才的重要阵地,面对“一带一路”的倡议,人类命运共同体等国家需求,应进一步明确自身定位,加强交流与合作,努力创设符合本校特色、有利于人才培养的土壤。江苏科技大学深蓝学院建立了富有特色的通识教育体系,在创新育人模式上做出了积极的贡献。The new academy system in modern universities is playing an increasingly important role in training international talents.However,there are still many difficulties and problems in organizational barriers,curriculum system settings and cultural connotation.As an important education field for training high-level talents,universities should make sure of their own orientation,strengthen cooperation,and strive to create a soil that is in line with their educational characteristics and conducive to the cultivation of talents when facing the"Belt and Road"Initiative.Deep Blue Honors School of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology has established a distinctive education system,which has made great contributions to the innovation of education mode.
