摘　　要：医学研究生由于培养模式的特殊性,思想政治教育存在开展困难和效果不佳等问题,而新形势下对研究生思想政治教育提出了更高要求,改革和创新教育模式迫在眉睫。“党团班”三位一体思想政治教育模式充分把握医学研究生的思想特点和发展需求,以研究生为本,以育人为要的创新教育模式,易于开展且效果显著,可供借鉴。Because of the specific training mode for medical graduates,it is difficult to implement ideological and political education among the students with unfavorable achievements.However,as the new situation puts forward higher requirements for ideological and political education of postgraduates,it is urgent to reform and innovate education model.The trinity ideological and political education mode of caucus class is to fully grasp the ideological characteristics and development needs of medical postgraduates.The innovative education mode based on postgraduate education is easy to carry out and the effect is remarkable,which can be used for reference.
