摘　　要：实训基地是"1+X"证书制度的基础条件保障。"1"与"X"的衔接、"X"培训质量和信誉的保障、承担"X"培训功能部门的选择是实施"1+X"证书制度的主要难点,而实训基地在克服这些难点中起着关键性作用。实训基地建设要遵循产教融合、相对独立、育训结合的原则,进行混合所有制运营机制构建、模块化实训项目体系构建、专兼结合师资队伍建设、质量保障体系多方共建、社会培训工作推进等环节,以确保"1+X"证书制度的顺利实施。The training base is the basic condition guarantee of 1+X certificate system. The connection between"1"and"X", the guarantee for quality and reputation of"X"training and the selection of training department are the difficulty in implementing"1+X" certificate system. The training base plays a key role in solving these problems. The construction of training base should follow the principles of integration of industry and education, relative independence and combination of education and training, and implement the construction of mixed ownership operation mechanism, modular training project system, teaching staff combining professional and part-time teachers, quality assurance system established by multi-parties, and social training work, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of "1+X" certificate system.
