摘 要:目的调查医务人员职业精神的影响因素,研究其培育对策。方法抽取全国637名医务人员,进行问卷调查,分析其道德品质特征、社会责任特征、成就行动特征、人际关系能力四方面得分。结果性别、婚姻、科室对职业精神的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),年龄、学历、毕业院校、职称、工作年限、接受职业精神培训的频率对职业精神的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应根据年龄、学历、毕业院校、职称、工作年限、接受职业精神培训的频率这些因素建立医务人员职业精神的培育对策。Objective To investigate the influential factors of professionalism of medical staff and study their cultivation strategies. Methods A total of 637 medical personnel were selected from the nation to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze their moral quality characteristics, social responsibility characteristics, achievement action characteristics, and interpersonal ability. Results There was no statistical difference in the effects of gender, marriage, and department on professionalism(P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the effects of professionalism on age, education, graduation school, title, number of years of work, and frequency of professionalism training.(P<0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to establish countermeasures for cultivating professionalism of medical staff based on factors such as age, education, graduation college, professional title, number of years of work, and frequency of receiving professionalism training.
