摘  要:目的探讨茶多酚对牙齿的着色效果。方法选取新鲜拔除的牛牙24颗,经抛光等处理后建立着色模型。分别将牙浸泡于浓度为1、2.5、5和7.5mg·ml^-1的茶多酚溶液,分别设为A、B、C、D组,每组6颗。每颗牙纵向切为两半,左半部分为实验侧,浸泡于实验溶液中,右半部分为对照侧,浸泡于纯净水中。每隔30min拍照观察并比较各组牙齿左右两侧色差;分析牙齿着色程度与茶多酚浸泡时间、溶液浓度的相关性。结果组内比较,A、B、C、D组牙齿不同浸泡时间左右两侧色差比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。组间比较,各时间点4组牙齿浸泡后左右两侧色差比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。A、B、D组牙齿着色程度与茶多酚浸泡时间呈正相关(均P<0.05),即浸泡时间越长,着色越深。但C组牙齿着色程度与茶多酚浸泡时间无相关性(P>0.05)。浸泡于不同浓度茶多酚溶液的A、B、C、D组牙齿,除第4、7次浸泡时间点外,其余每次的牙齿着色程度与茶多酚溶液浓度均呈正相关(均P<0.05),即浓度越高,牙齿着色程度越深。结论茶多酚可能会使牙齿着色,且与其浓度、浸泡时间有一定相关性。Objective To investigate the tooth staining effects of polyphenols.Methods Twenty four freshly extracted cow teeth were polished and divided into 4 groups with 6 in each group.The teeth were cut in half longitudinally,the left half was immersed in tea polyphenol solution with concentrations of 1 mg·ml^-1(group A),2.5 mg·ml^-1(group B),5 mg·ml^-1(group C)and 7.5 mg·ml^-1(group D),and right half was immersed in pure water(control).The color differences between left and right half(degree of staining)in each group were compared with a interval of 30 min for 8 times.The correlation of staining degree with concentration and immerge time of tea polyphenol was analyzed.Results In all groups(except C)the degree of tooth staining was positively correlated with the soaking time(all P<0.05).In all time points(except the 4th and 7th),the staining degree of the teeth in 4 groups was positively correlated with concentration of tea polyphenol solution(all P<0.05).Conclusion Tea polyphenols can stain teeth,and the degree of staining is generally correlated with the concentration and soaking time of tea polyphenol.
