摘 要:高校辅导员走职业化专业化发展之路是建设一支高素质辅导员队伍的必然选择,但是高校辅导员职业化专业化之路却面临着辅导员岗位流动频繁、辅导员工作低水平重复等发展困境。在社会承认视域下,社会政治环境、经济环境、文化环境等作为高校辅导员职业化专业化发展困境的重要外部诱因,深刻影响着高校辅导员的职业认同。通过对高校辅导员社会承认主体、标准、方法体系的建构试图架起社会与高校辅导员群体的桥梁,期望有效破解高校辅导员职业化专业化的发展困境。In the new era,professional development of college counselors is necessary for the making of high-quality counselors.However,standing in the way are problems ranging from frequent positionchangetoendless repetition of unimportant chores in their daily work.From the perspective of social recognition,external factors hindering their professional development include social and political environment,economic environment and cultural environment,which have a profound impact on their professional identity.Through the construction of subject,standard and method system of social recognitionfor college counselors,this paper proposes a measure to bridge the society and thecounselor group,which can effectively deal with the problems confronting their professional development.
