摘  要:饲料行业与我国农业发展紧密相关,人力资源是中小型饲料企业发展的重要支撑,本文对目前中小型企业人力资源现状,选择原料采购优势、人才实力、营销模式及策略、养殖业规模化、标准化程度、重大质量安全事故、监管体系、饲料检测体系、饲料行业竞争等因素进行分析,阐述目前中小型企业在人力资源管理上存在的问题,并提供人力资源管理的优化措施以供参考.The feed industry is closely related to China’s agricultural development.Human resources are an important support for the development of small and medium-sized feed enterprises.This article analyzes the current human resources situation of small and medium-sized enterprises,the advantages of choosing raw materials,the strength of talents,marketing models and strategies,and the scale of the breeding industry.Analysis of factors such as industrialization,degree of standardization,major quality and safety accidents,supervision system,feed inspection system,and competition in the feed industry,and elaborated the current problems of human resources management in small and medium-sized enterprises,and providing human resources management optimization measures.
