摘  要:劳动教育是新时代我国建构高水平人才培养体系的战略举措,担负着培育全面发展的建设者和接班人的使命责任。深刻理解领会劳动教育的意涵,需要从教育目标上的认识逻辑、教育格局上的建构逻辑、教育理念上的价值逻辑、教育模式上的实践逻辑等方面深刻阐释,依循劳动教育的内在规律和现实需要,深度审思劳动教育的时代意义,探索劳动教育创新实践的理路和方略。Labor education is a strategic measure for China to construct a high-level talent training system in the new era,which shoulders the mission and responsibility of cultivating builders and successors who are fully developed.A deep understanding of the meaning of labor education requires a deep explanation from the aspects of cognitive logic in educational goals,construction logic in educational structure,value logic in educational con cepts and practical logic in educational models.Follow Inherent laws and realistic needs of labor education and consider the era significance of labor education in depth to explore the rationale and strategies for labor education innovation practice.
