不同层次护生择业效能感现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解本专科护生择业效能感现状并探讨其与护生特点、职业期望的关系。方法采用整群抽样法,以自然班为单位,对新疆某医科大学护理学专业毕业班护生发放一般资料调查表、择业效能感调查表和职业期望调查表进行问卷调查。结果共调查护生503人,护生择业效能感总分为(77.08±12.89)分,职业期望总分为(76.69±15.13)分,不同层次护生择业效能感得分和各维度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,层级类别、职业期望总分、是否第一专业报考护理专业和外在价值因素是护生择业效能感的影响因素。学历教育层次越高,职业期望越高,外部价值期望越低,择业效能感越高。结论护生总体择业效能感处于中等水平,且不同层级类别、是否第一专业报考护理专业和职业期望的护生择业效能感存在差异。Objective To understand the current situation of the Jobseeking self-efficacy of nursing students and to explore its relationship with the characteristics of nursing students and occupational expectations. Methods The whole group sampling method was used in natural class,and conduct a questionnaire survey on the general information questionnaire, the job-seeking self-efficacy questionnaire and the occupation expectation questionnaire for the nursing students of Xinjiang medical university. Results A total of 503 nursing students were surveyed. The total scores of nursing students’ job-seeking self-efficacy were(77.08±12.89) points,and the occupational expectation scores were(76.69±15.13) points. There were statistical differences in the scores of nursing students’ efficacy and each dimension in different levels.(P < 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level category, total score of career expectation, whether the first major applied for nursing major and external value factors were the influencing factors of nursing students ’job-seeking selfefficacy. Conclusion The overall job-seeking self-efficacy of nursing students is at a medium level, and there is a difference in the level of job-seeking selfefficacy between different levels of nursing student.The main factors influenced Job-seeking self-efficacy are whether the first major is for nursing, occupational expectations and external value of occupational expectations.
