肌骨超声医生培养模式初探

摘　　要：肌骨超声是近年来迅速发展的应用于肌肉、肌腱、韧带、神经、关节等肌肉骨骼系统的超声亚专业,因具备简便易行、价格低廉、能够实时动态、连续随访检查、无MRI的金属植入物者检查禁忌证等优势,在临床多科室得以广泛应用,但多集中在省市级大型医院,而在县区级医院及省市级小型医院并未得到广泛开展及普及。这主要与肌骨超声操作者依赖性强、提高慢、国内关于肌骨超声规范化培养的研究及培养基地比较少有关,从而导致肌骨超声难以像常规腹部超声一样在全国各级医院覆盖。本文就肌骨超声中的教学难点和规范培养模式进行探讨,旨在为肌骨超声的全国推广提供可行的培养模式。Musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSKUS) is a booming subspecialty applied to musculoskeletal system such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves and joints in recent years. And it is widely used in many clinical departments due to its advantages of portable type, low cost, realtime dynamics, continuous follow-up examination and absence of MRI contraindications of metal implants. MSKUS has been extensively applied in large hospitals at the provincial and municipal levels, but not in county hospitals and small hospitals at the provincial and municipal levels. In other words, MSKUS is difficult to popularize nationwide compared to conventional abdominal ultrasound. The reasons include operator dependence, low progress, few studies on standardized training of MSKUS and few training bases. This paper discusses the difficulties of MSKUS teaching and standardized teaching mode, in order to provide a feasible training mode for the nationwide promotion of MSKUS.
