摘  要:为探讨基于Mini-MOOC的O2O教学模式在大学体育教学中的实效性,选取70名轮滑选项班男生,随机将其分为实验组和对照组(各35人),实验组学生进行为期16周基于Mini-MOOC的O2O混合式教学干预实验.实验前后分别对2组被试身体素质水平、专项技能水平和体育锻炼态度等具体指标进行测评.结果表明:基于Mini-MOOC的O2O教学模式具有较高的实效性,对大学生身体素质水平、专项技能水平及体育锻炼态度等具有较为明显的促进作用,是实现体育教学效果新突破的必然选择.The effectiveness of the application of O2O teaching mode based on Mini-MOOC in college physical education teaching has been discussed in this paper.Seventy boys in roller skating class were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(35 students in each group).The students in the experimental group were treated with O2O mixed teaching intervention experiment based on Mini-MOOC for 16 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the physical quality level,special skill level and physical exercise attitude of the two groups were measured.The results show that the O2O teaching model based on Mini-MOOC has high effectiveness and has a high effect on the physical quality of college students.The level of special skills and the attitude of physical exercise all play an obvious role in promoting the teaching effect,which is the inevitable choice to realize the new breakthrough of teaching effect.
