摘 要:目的探析在神经内科教学中PBL联合EBM模式的应用价值。方法此次研究对象为在某院神经内科实习的76名实习生,时间段2018年9月-2019年9月,以数字标注法作为标准进行分组,38例应用传统教学法(常规组),38例应用PBL联合EBM教学模式(研究组),比较两组教学效果。结果在能力考核中,研究组比常规组临床操作成绩、理论知识成绩、病理分析成绩高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在见习能力评价中,研究组比常规组分析解决问题能力、合作能力、自学能力、文献查阅能力、语言表达能力评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科教学中PBL和EBM模式联合应用能提升教学效果,增强实习生的综合能力,有着较高的应用价值,值得全方位推广。Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with EBM model in neurology teaching.Methods The research object of this study was 76 interns who were practicing in the department of neurology of our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.They were divided into groups according to the digital labeling method.38 cases were applied with traditional teaching method(routine group)and 38 cases were applied with PBL combined with EBM teaching mode(research group).The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the assessment of ability,the research group scored higher than the routine group in clinical operation,theoretical knowledge and pathological analysis,all with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the assessment of probation ability,the research group scored higher than the routine group in problem-solving ability,cooperation ability,self-study ability,litera ture review ability and language expression ability,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint application of PBL and EBM mode in neurology teaching can improve the teaching effect and enhance the comprehensive ability of interns.It has high appli cation value and is worth promoting in all aspects.
