摘 要:以杏鲍菇为原料,以乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取杏鲍菇黄酮。共考察液料比、乙醇浓度、超声功率和超声时间对黄酮提取率的影响。采用正交设计确定黄酮提取的最佳工艺,即液料比为30 mL/g、乙醇浓度为70%、超声功率为360 W、超声时间为30 min,在此条件下黄酮提取率可达到2.33%。利用SPSS13.0软件对正交试验结果进行数据建模分析,模型相关系数高,模型计算值和正交试验值接近,模型可用于杏鲍菇黄酮提取分析。Pleurotus eryngii was used as raw material,and ethanol solution was used as extraction solvent,Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids from Pleurotus eryngii was carried out. The effects of liquid-material ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the extraction rate of flavonoids were investigated. The optimal process for flavonoid extraction was determined by orthogonal design,ie liquid to material ratio was 30 mL/g,ethanol concentration was 70 %,ultrasonic power was 360 W,and ultrasonic time was 30 min. Under these conditions,the flavonoids extraction rate reached 2.33 %. The data of the orthogonal test results were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. The correlation coefficient of the model was high,and the calculated values of the model and the orthogonal test values were close. The model could be used for the extraction and analysis of flavonoids from Pleurotus eryngii.
