摘　　要：在当代老龄化社会的大背景下,面对老年人这一个庞大的群体,厨房作为家庭感情交流的中心,据调研中老年人在厨房停留时间和使用年限较长,关注老年人在厨房烹饪中从站到坐的预设性考量,致力于从生理及心理角度解决老年人在厨房工作中的需求痛点,并从中探索适老性厨房的预设性设计方法。从用户烹饪流程出发,结合老年用户在生活方式、功能与体验性等方面的需求,应用"模块化"设计的理念,提出了功能模块的扩展、组合重构、模块位置变换与替换等方法,并进行了系统的案例设计与分析。提出的方法有助于支持适老性厨房的系统解决方案,并且方便变动和根据身体发展的情况进行调整。In the context of the contemporary aging society, facing the large group of the elderly, the kitchen is the center of emotional communication in family. According to the survey, the middle.aged and elderly in a family stay a long time in the kitchen. The article is dedicated to solving the needs and pain points of the elderly in the kitchen work from the physiological and psychological point of view, from which to explore the presupposed design method of the kitchen for elderly. The kitchen has a long service life, and the body of the elderly gradually weakens with the change of time. We should pay attention to the presupposed considerations of the elderly in kitchen from standing to sitting when cooking. Starting from the user’s cooking process, combined with the needs of elderly users in aspects of life style, function and experience, the methods of functional module expansion, combination reconstruction, module position transformation and replacement were put forward and the systematic cases design and analysis were carried out by applying the concept of"modular"design. The proposed method is helpful to support the system solution of kitchen for the elderly, which is convenient for replacement, change and adjustment according to the development of the body.
