摘  要:中小学教师资格考试具有高利害性,易受主观评分影响的面试已经成为中小学教师资格考试的焦点,面试评语的书写是否规范更是核心内容。在调研中小学教师资格考试面试评语书写现状的基础上,分析中小学教师资格考试面试评语书写中的问题。依据中小学教师资格考试面试全国统一评分标准,基于调查访谈和文献分析结果,尝试设计中小学教师资格考试面试不合格考生评语指标体系,该体系由8个一级指标和22个二级指标构成。The National Teacher Certification Examination(NTCE),being a high-stake testing system,the interview which is easy to be influenced by subjective scoring has become the focus of NTCE.Whether the interview comments are written in a standard way or not is the core content.Based on the investigation of the current situation,this paper analyzes the problems in the writing of the interview comments.According to the national unified evaluation standard of NTCE interview,and based on the results of questionnaire,semi-structured interview and literature analysis,the interview comments index system of unqualified examinees in the NTCE,which consists of 8 first-level indexes and 22 second-level indexes,is proposed.
