摘  要:新一轮的科技革命和产业变革对工程教育的改革和发展提出了新的挑战,新工科建设作为积极回应应运而生,成为当下中国工程教育的热点。文章通过对新工科教育理念和建筑行业人才新需求的解析,阐释了在以信息化和智能化为特征的建筑产业转型背景下,面向国家战略需求建设"智慧建筑与建造"新工科专业的必要性与迫切性,建立了"智慧建筑与建造"专业的人才培养标准,建构了其专业课程体系,提出了与其相适应的专业人才培养模式。A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform has brought new challenges to the reform and development of engineering education.The development of new engineering studies has emerged as a positive response and has become a hot spot in engineering education in China.In analyzing the new notion of engineering education and the new demand for talents in construction industry,the article discusses the urgency to develop a new engineering discipline of"Smart Architecture and Construction"in the face of national strategy against the backdrop of the transformation of construction industry characterized by informatization and smartization,the establishment of the professional training standards for this new discipline,the development of the disciplinary curriculum,and the proposal of a suitable training model.
