两种氟化物在牙齿正畸釉质脱矿预防中的临床对比

摘　　要：目的比较多乐氟氟化钠护齿剂(Duraphat)、Clinpro^TM XT Varnish氟保护漆两种氟化物在牙齿正畸釉质脱矿预防中的临床效果。方法选择在银川市口腔医院正畸科治疗的正畸患者99例,随机分为3组:A组(Duraphat),B组(Clinpro^TM XT Varnish),C组(牙面不做任何特殊处理),每组33例。在正畸矫治前及矫治12个月、24个月后检查所有牙齿唇颊面釉质脱矿情况并记录釉质脱矿指数。结果在矫治前,三组患者牙釉质脱矿率、脱矿指数差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);在矫治12个月、24个月后,A、B组的牙釉质脱矿率、脱矿指数均低于C组(P均<0.05),且在矫治12个月后,A组牙釉质的脱矿率、脱矿指数均高于B组(P均<0.05)。结论两种氟保护漆干预方法均能有效预防正畸固定矫治过程中托槽周围牙面的釉质脱矿,与Duraphat相比较,Clinpro^TM XT Varnish具有较明显的抑制效果,同时结合其操作简便、颜色接近牙齿、流动性好等优势,Clinpro^TM XT Varnish更适宜在正畸固定矫治中推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of Duraphat and Clinpro^TM XT Varnish fluoride on enamel demineralization prevention during orthodontic tooth movement.Methods To do this,we chose 99 orthodontic patients from the Orthodontic Department of Yinchuan Stomatology Hospital then they were randomly divided into 3 groups.33 cases were treated with Duraphat(group A),33 cases with Clinpro^TM XT Varnish(group B),and 33 cases without any special treatment(group C).Before orthodontic treatment,12 months,and 24 months after that,enamel demineralization of all teeth labial and buccal surfaces was examined and enamel demineralization index was recorded.Results There was no significant difference in enamel demineralization index among the three groups before orthodontic treatment(P all>0.05).After 12 and 24 months of treatment,the enamel demineralization rate and demineralization index of A and B groups were lower than those of the group C(P all<0.05).In addition after 12 months of treatment,the demineralization rate,demineralization index and the corresponding increasing trend of group A were lower than those of group B(P all<0.05).Conclusion Both of the two methods can effectively prevent enamel demineralization around the brackets.However,Clinpro^TM XT Varnish has a more obvious inhibition effect.Combined with its advantages of simple operation,color close to teeth,good mobility etc.,Clinpro^TM XT Varnish is more suitable for the promotion of orthodontic fixed treatment.
